The COVID-19 pandemic and mass isolation have presented Henkel with challenges of team socializing. Even under the conditions of remote work, the company wants to keep the lively quality of communication in teams and with top management, as well as continue its educational projects, professional and personal development programs for employees.
Task
To overcome distance and social discomfort in online communication and make communication important again.
What did we do?
Special series-produced internal format "Morning coffee". Employees could communicate online with the company's top management and various guest speakers thanks to the online presence. Among them are top managers of the company, invited mentors on sustainable development issues, personal and professional efficiency, as well as media guests - fashion designer Andre Tan, creative director Vlad Voitsekhovskyy, hair care expert Vlad Zabora and others
