During the indicated period the PR-Service Agency rendered PR support to the company Barlinek Invest on the occasion of putting into operation a wooden floorboards production plant in Vinnitsa (October 25, 2007). As a result the PR support program has been fully accomplished (coverage provided by 58 mass media).
PR-support services during the exhibition “Ukraine’s Grain Farming 2005”. The Agency provided a PR-coverage of company’s participation in the exhibition, implemented products’ promotion, invited mass media representatives to the exhibition and monitored mass media.
Within the indicated period the PR-Service Agency rendered reputation-building PR-services to the company CJSC “Sanitary ware components production plant”. The Agency prepared and implemented the publication of unpaid PR articles in business, industry-specific and specialized editions, created and distributed press-releases, and ensured the presence of client’s comments in relevant materials published in business mass media. In addition the Agency organized and successfully carried out a number of B2B events, such as sight-seen tour of the plant for the clients and a trivia game with gifts for the enterprise clients. As a result of such cooperation the image of the plant has been improved in a desirable way by means of comprehensive presence in the media scene on a regular basis. The AVE indicator calculated during January-December 2008 amounted to 1.83 which shows a significant resource saving compared to the cost of direct advertising though advertisement departments of mass media. It also proves the work of PR-Service team to be very effective and of a high quality. The percentage of total fulfillment of the plan was 216.7%. The PR results reached within the bounds of such cooperation were the following: increased recognition of the Sanitary ware components production plant as a newsmaker among the journalists (as opinion leaders), rise of mass media loyalty towards the Plant, increased number of self-initiated requests from journalists, and positive attitude in related PR materials.

The Agency created and distributed press-releases, wrote and published articles and commentaries in various types of mass media. In addition to that the Agency repeatedly organized participation of the bank representative in a variety of conferences. As a result of such cooperation the image of the bank has been improved in a desirable way by means of comprehensive presence in the media scene on a regular basis.
Within the indicated timeframe the PR-Service Agency provided reputation- building and anti-recession PR services to the asset management company KINTO (AMC KINTO). It also rendered PR support to the sale of company’s services, i.e. product-based PR of the mutual funds and non-governmental pension funds managed by KINTO. Moreover an event-based PR campaign has been carried out which included 2 press-conferences, a round table in Dnepropetrovsk, 3 Internet-conferences, special events of viral marketing, etc. As a result of such cooperation the image of the AMC KINTO has been improved in a desirable way by means of comprehensive presence in the media scene on a regular basis. Based on the results of an external PR audit (ComInform Review of mass media activity of Investment companies and Asset Management companies in Ukrainian investment market), KINTO is among the top three companies with the maximum presence in mass media. It is also the most frequently mentioned company in a sub-group of authoritative business and socio-political printed media. During the cooperation between the Agency and the AMC KINTO, its AVE indicator has grown up from 1.56 to 6.19 which prove the work of PR-Service team to be very effective and of a high quality.
Comprehensive PR services from September 2007 until now
During the whole period the PR-Service Agency has been functioning as an external press-office for the DCH group, in general rending reputation-building PR-services to the company and providing PR-support for independent investment projects included in the program of preparation for European Championship – 2012, as well as for development projects in commercial and residential real estate. The Agency publishes unpaid PR materials, regularly distributes press-releases and company news. The Agency has successful experience in conducting major events such as signing Articles of Association of the new multiline construction holding Strabag Ukraine, a joint project of the major business groups: Strabag SE (Austria), Basic Element (Russia), and DCH (Ukraine). During the indicated period the PR-Service Agency rendered PR services to the Platinum Bank, as well as event management services on organization of the opening ceremony of bank branches in Lvov, Donetsk, Kharkov and Odessa. In addition, the Agency successfully carried out an advertisement campaign of the bank in regional mass media.
During the indicated period the PR-Service Agency rendered reputation-building PR-services to the Active Bank. The Agency wrote and published paid PR articles in business print media.
Within the indicated timeframe the PR-Service Agency rendered reputation-building PR-services to UniCredit Bank. The services included publication of unpaid PR materials and regular distribution of press-releases and company news. In addition to that a PR support was provided to the sale of bank’s services (product-based PR of a complicated financial service), namely the project “PR support of mortgage program of UniCredit Bank” (during April-June 2007). The Agency successfully conducted a BTL event “Starling-house” in the framework of the project “Mortgage program of UniCredit Bank”, and carried out press-breakfasts and press-tours in regions. The AVE indicator of the project “PR support of mortgage program of UniCredit Bank” amounted to 2.79. This is a high level for a product-based PR and it proves the work of PR-Service team to be very effective and of a high quality.

Within the indicated period the PR-Service Agency rendered reputation-building PR-services to the company Apple Consulting, as well as provided PR support to the sale of company’s services. The Agency prepared the publication of PR articles in business, industry-specific and specialized editions, created and distributed press-releases, arranged interviews of the senior management of the company on the radio, TV and mass media, and prepared news for the web-site. An event-based PR campaign has been carried out which included organization of participation of Apple Consulting in international forums and conferences as a speaker, as well as organization of special workshops for mass media representatives (I’ll clear the sky with my own hands). In addition the Agency provided informational and PR support to the international conference TOCICO, and rendered regular advisory services on PR and advertising strategy for promotion of company’s services. During cooperation between Apple Consulting and the PR-Service Agency, the AVE indicator grew up to 6.56 which prove the work of PR-Service team to be very effective and of a high quality.
During the mentioned period the PR-Service Agency rendered reputation-building PR-services to the company KOBA International Real Estate Consults by means of periodic coverage of company’s activities. Within the framework of this cooperation the Agency organized and carried out company’s presentation in the form of a press-conference (launch of the company KOBA International Real Estate Consults on Ukrainian market as well as opening its office in Kiev).
